All product specifications, prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed orders are binding only after written confirmation from Telangana ProKitchen.
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of applicable GST and installation charges unless explicitly mentioned.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, fabrication requirements and location. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
All manufactured equipment carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover misuse, damage due to improper installation by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

These terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad.

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement without any cancellation charges. Cancellations after 48 hours will attract a 15% cancellation fee on the advance amount paid.
Once fabrication work has commenced on a custom order, cancellations will not be entertained and no refund will be issued for the advance amount paid.
If a product is found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery, please notify us within 48 hours. We will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method. GST amounts are non-refundable as per tax regulations.
